Levantine Painted Ware and Middle Bronze Age chronology - the last word?
Tine Bagh

The latest stand on the issue of Levantine Painted Ware (LPW) and Middle Bronze Age chronology will be presented as new examples of LPW keep appearing from excavations of MB IIA sites in southern and coastal Levant and especially from MB IIA tombs. The fragments found at Tell el-Dabca from the middle of the 12th and into the beginning of the 13th dynasty thus more readily find parallels and the picture of distribution and the chronological evaluation of the material in the Levant has become clearer.
