Investigations on samples of Cedar wood from Libanon and Syria

After measuring a lot of museum objects and dealing with their specials and problems Project 7- Dendrochronology now started to work on charcoal samples coming from Arqa (Lebanon) and Qatna (Syria). They definitely origin from Mount Lebanon and will be an important source for comparison with the results derived from surface measurements.
